Why I can not add the application chrome store ?

There is a problem for a few days in the chrome store ,and when i write here no boy no answer , This last topic for me .

Pls tell me ,Why i can not add new apps the chrome store ? or When i add apps the chrome store ,Why is removed by the chrome store ?

I am sure all chrome store developers ,seeking to answer that question at the moment .
