How do we escape the TradeMark symbol in our manifest files so that it
shows up at the superscript TradeMark symbol? I'm trying to follow the
new branding guidelines but there is not sufficient explanation. The
documentation tells us what we have to do but not how to do it.

I believe the manifest should be a UTF8 encoded JSON object file, so, you can simply put the trademark character (™, which is a superscript character already) within the text. Does that not work?
