App pulled from webstore. No response from Google in three days. What can I do?

My company's chrome app was taken down late last week with no notification or warning. I sent an email to chromewebstor...@google.com as soon as we noticed, but we've gotten no response. 

Has anybody had this happen to them? Does anybody know how to get a response from Google on this?

Hi,

Same happened to me. I did get an email telling me it had been taken down but it did not tell me why or what I needed to do to fix the problem. I have been trying for over a week to get a response from google. I am usually a huge fan of everything google... but this is really not good.
I will let you know if I get anywhere (and how).

We eventually heard back from google and got our extension put back on the store. Two things in our plugin seemed to be of concern to them 1) Any uninstall code for another extension (we were obsoleting an old one with a different ID)  2) Use of management permission. 

If you can avoid these two functions, that might reduce the odds of your plugin setting off some warning bells. In our case, we did need the uninstall code, but we might have avoided the pulldown by removing the uninstall javascript after a month or two.

Three days?  I have been waiting more than three MONTHS with no e-mail warning from Google and no replies from them to my request for help on this mailing list.  I wish you the best of luck, but it does not seem like people get these things resolved very quickly.
