Hello,
I just updated my extension :
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/collabspot-sugarcrm-for-g/abocfhfdmbbafpioaijblfooiibicblo?
and now my users that try to install it get this error :
Manifest file is invalid.

So I tried to revert to the previous version of my extension that worked, but I'm getting the same issue. I also tried to not compress the zip, but that does not help.

I tried creating a new listing, and it works.

How can I make it work for my existing listing ?

Thanks,
Jeremi

Try un-publishing, wait 10 minutes, then re-publish it.

Hello Joe,

I tried to unpublish for 20 min then re-publish, but it did not work. I also tried to update again with no success.

Hmm. Can you test on another browser? This is usually a cache issue.

I've asked friends in asia to test, and it worked for them (same chrome version).
I've tried with a virtual machine on windows and another connection (3G) and got the same error (I'm in France).
A customer also tried earlier from France, another city, and got the same issue.

Could it be related to a region ?
Also my friends see this version in the details panel :

2013.1.14.1609

but I see :
2013.1.10.1621
There is a french version and an english version of the extension. But that should not be an issue, isn't it ?

I tried to do a curl from one of my server in paris, and the version return is an old one (the same as I get from my home: 2013.1.10.1621).
If I execute the same from a server in the US, I get a different version: 2013.1.14.1727

Joe,

I asked somebody else in France, and in another city to test for me. This person never went to the listing before, and got the old version, and the error when installing.

Thanks,
Jeremi
