Hi,

I need to move mouse cursor for interactive with our device,
I tried to use "chrome.usb" send transfer command to mouse device, but is always show "transfer failed!" message.

In addition, I check the native client, there is no API provide to move mouse cursor,
Is there any other type of API that will allow me to do this from Chrome APP?

Thanks

I do not think you can move the mouse cursor.

Why do you need to move the cursor via code?

Why not just plug a mouse in?

The situation is -
use projector to extend chromebook screen, and user can use our device to touch projection screen,
simulate mouse move, click and drag,
so our device will send mouse event data to chrome app and move mouse through chrome app.

What about duplicating the screen instead of extending it...?

sorry, I misunderstand "extend", it's duplicate in situation,
and when device send mouse event data to chrome app,
the app must move(click or drag) mouse just like user's act on the projection screen.

So you mean that you are duplicating the Chromebook screen and when you touch or move the mouse, the duplicate screen is not projecting it?
If so, that does not make any sense (because it simply means it is not duplicating)...
If you mean that you do not see a cursor when you use the touch screen instead of the mouse, I am not sure this can be solved. Perhaps the accessibility options let you show a cursor, though I doubt it.
