How does chrome web store payments work

Hi,

I'm an average grade developer and new to the chrome web store and i
am trying to put my app in to it (paid app) and i have a few question.

But before I introduce questions I will give you an idea of what kind
of app i will trying to make.

Lets just say i want a hosted app, a flash application launch in php
page.

First thing to do is register my app in the web store right, then set
the details (merchant account, etc.) and set the pricing and
payments. So i want to choose the monthly or yearly subscription.
Assume it is tested then I will publish my app to the world. Lets just
assume that my app doesn't have a free trial.

When a user go to the chrome store the user will see my app (after
searching) with the button "BUY FOR $.$$/MONTH". Then user buys my app
(hopefully), since my app is a web app i will just launch it in a
container or popup window. Then the user plays with my app.

If the user is smart enough then that user will know how to get the
URL of the app. If the user does that then he can share my app to
other users. So another user can access my app directly without going
to the chrome web store, by just providing the URL.

To prevent this we will put a checking if this user has access to my
app. So we go with Checking for Payment tutorial in the API.

So now the questions.

1. In my php launched app how will i get the userid of the user if the
user is coming from the chrome webstore or the user is already login
to goole?
2. Should i provide a sing-in with google in the php page where my
app will we launch, so that I can avoid direct URL access of my app?
3. In my php page that launch my apss, do i have to put a checking
for payment there or google does the checking before it will go to my
app?
4. If ever the user detected has not bought my app yet, how will I re-
direct the user to the buy function of the Chrome Web Store Payments?
is the in-app Payments applicable for this?
5. If I use the in-app payments is it the same payment with the
chrome webstore payment? or it is a different module?
6. Does Google automatically pay me out if ever a user's subscribe to
my app (I know google sets date when to payout)? and does google
automatically collects payment from the user that subscribe to my app?

Hope that anyone can answer my question cause i'm a little confuse
now.
