Step 3: Get images -> Edit each screenshot to be 400x275 pixels.

the screenshot doesn't need to be 400x275, it would be nice to write
"Edit each screenshot to be 400x275 pixels. otherwise it will be
scaled to 400x275 pixels"

i'm curious: how many apps have been published in the dev preview?

Thanks for the feedback. We would like the developer to size their
screenshot, as this way the developer has the control. :) But yes
you're right, the system will resize for you.
