I am from Lithuania, which is not listed in the Region list.
When I choose "All regions" - I can see my app in the web store.
However, once I exclude some country, e.g. China, I no longer see the
app in my country. Switching back from "exclude China" to "All
regions" shows the app in Lithuania again. Why is this so?
How can I exclude some countries but still see the app in a country
not explicitly listed in the region list?
