Hello,
We published the app "Techinline Remote Desktop Client" (NPAPI plugin) to everyone on 26th July. At the moment we are not able to do anything with it because it is still in "Pending Review" state.
Actually we need to cancel the publication/review in order to update the information about the app.
Is there any way to do that?

Also we published the app "Techinline Remote Desktop Expert" (NPAPI plugin) to our test accounts on 2rd August  and still are not able to test it or cancel the publication.
When we might have it available for our test account?
Is there any way to cancel the publication to test acounts?

Google, please improve your support for Chrome apps developers. With Chrome 21 you forced all ISV's to move thier Chrome plugins to your web store, but does not provide appropriate support for publishing. At least add a Cancel button to the 'Pending Review' status.

I would like to second this notion that you need to improve you're developer feedback substantially.  I published a Chrome Extension (NPAPI plugin) for Testing and it was rejected without any notification as to why.  As stated above, Chrome 21 forces ISV's to move plugins to the Web Store.  You should have been better prepared to answer developer questions and send proper detailed notifications when apps get rejected.  You're immaturity as a business is showing here.
