Lost access to my developer dashboard (@gtempaccount.com)

Hello,

My developer account was tied to a Google Account with a non-gmail
address (lo...@justmagic.com), which became 'loic
%justma...@gtempaccount.com' and was
transitioned by me to a Google Apps account with the initial address
(lo...@justmagic.com).

But right now the developer dashboard is empty. When I tried to log in
with "'loic%justma...@gtempaccount.com" I have this message "This
account was deleted and is no longer recoverable. " even If "chrome-
webstore...@google.com" continue to send me email to this
address. (I well received the information "Chrome Web Store - Changes
to categories" email for example)

The Google Checkout reference of my dev fee payment is
#820097244764630 - Commande Chrome Web Store n°
08334245204957573644.cws1_signupfee.1777224400910129.

I'd be super thankful for any help with this.
