Hello, My extension has received its first two reviews recently in the
Chrome Web Store, although the overall rating is still showing no
stars highlighted and a (0). Is there a minimum number of reviews that
need to be given before the overall rating is figured?

Thanks.

I believe the counts on extensions users are a bad estimate.

I have Google Analytics installed on the background.html page on my tool and it shows over 1k weekly unique visitors while the count on the extensions page shows around 500 users.

You might as well want to install Google Analytics on your extension to get a better number for users:

Take a look at this guide:

Hi Scott, are you able to share the ItemID of your extension?

Hi Jeanne, Where would I find the ItemID? Is it the long string in the
URL when I pull up the extension in the WebStore?

Yes, it is your URL in the store.

Hello,

I have similar problem with my apps. I've received my first comments with ratings, but the stars in the app listing and detail pages shows zero (0).
I can see the 2 comments with ratings.

I have an another app, and know, that 1 or 2 ratings were made (without reviews) by old friends:
In this item I can not see anything in the reviews tab.

I wonder if there is a minimum amount of ratings to get it display, or is it a known bug.

It took about 4-5 days for my review number to change in the webstore. In my dashboard, it still shows (0) even after a month.

I would like to share everyone who worry about the star rating update, that finnaly I have them in the listing and details pages.

I think it may take 5-7 days to refresh, so be patient! :)
