After a nice run of consistent updates, a break?

The Chrome Web Store has not updated user counts since 3/8.

We have a similar problem, ratings and users are not updating on three
extensions:

The engineering team has identified the issue, and is re-generating
the effected stats. I'd expect things to be back to normal relatively
soon, but I can't give you a solid deadline.

This extension was uploaded 2 days ago and first published to test
accounts only, and in a few hours after tests was posted to the store.
Today user counts are still 0.

Three years past since this was last an issue.  Good job!

With that said... the Chrome Web Store user counts haven't changed since 5/21/15.... five days ago.

Engineering team fix?

Thanks Chris and Vincent for flagging!  Our engineers have implemented a fix and the counts should update sometime soon-- once the next pipeline runs.

We also saw that our users counter was stuck for like a week and wanted to know:
1. What does this number stand for? active users? sum of total installations? active users for the last week?
2. When is this number updated?

Thanks to Eng Team.  Numbers are updated now.

Zohar, when Chrome is active it consults an app update table.  There it does a count of users.

Multiple Chrome uses (ie, desktop, laptop) by same user counts multiple times.
