Hi Asad, thanks for raising this question. There isn't currently a way to opt-out of CrUX but I'll try to explain the privacy considerations and motivations for publishing this data.
Generally speaking, the CrUX dataset is published to help developers and the web community understand where they are doing well, identify areas for improvement, encourage performance transparency, and track advancements in user experience over time.
The CrUX dataset is aggregated from the experiences of users who enable reporting usage statistics to Chrome. We also take care to only include aggregate statistics from websites that are publicly discoverable. You can learn more about the data Chrome collects and publishes in the
