Poor URLs have dropped significantly but other 2 metrics are stable

Hi,

I was checking my project's core web vitals graph and noticed that the poor URLs had decreased drastically. But the graphs of needs improvement and Good URLs are not improved. What's the issue over here? Where have my poor url populated? 

Can someone please help me with the possible solution and relevant answer?

Unfortunately the CrUX team cannot help with Google Search Console queries as GSC does not use the CrUX data directly but has its own processes to handle page grouping.
