Would this work for you?

https://developer.chrome.com/docs/crux/dashboard#accessing_the_crux_dashboard

I think the difference is if you use the form field there, while you still get a report for a specific origin, it won't make a new instance.

What were you seeing when you tried the link that you posted?

There was an issue with the cache on our side. We'd added a fix to try to prevent this happening previously as not the first time we've seen it but looks like that wasn't successful. Will see what else we can do to avoid this.
