Can't add website to CrUX

Hello

I am trying to add a website to a report in Looker Studio, but I have run into some issues. Could you please check and fix the error?

The website I'm trying to add is a large website with more than 250k sessions per day so I am very surprised to receive a Community Connector Error regarding eligibility, so have to assume there's a technical issue with it.
