Historical data for CrUX:
1) https://developer.chrome.com/docs/crux/history-api - api access for 40 data points (covers ~10 months), updated weekly
2) https://developer.chrome.com/docs/crux/bigquery - origin granularity data, released once a month going much further back
3) https://developer.chrome.com/docs/crux/vis - visualizes the data from the crux history api
There are also several third party tools for visualization and usually they include historical data (e.g. from the crux history api, or bigquery).

It is BAD that Zero human customer service.
Service of BOTS in customer service will destroy Google business.
