All the pages in my GSC about Core web vitals have been gone for a while, only my home page remains, not sure what's going on here.

I am also experiencing the same scenario since August 26th 2020. All types of URL numbers are going down.

It may be due to the fact that there is not enough data for your Origin in Chrome User Experience Report. You can check the same by querying the data through Crux API Explorer or BigQuery.

The CrUX dataset applies filtering for URLs that have too few samples to produce a meaningful distribution of user experiences. For pages with traffic near this threshold (which is intentionally undocumented), it's normal to see them disappear from the report. That helps explain why only the home page is left, because landing pages tend to get more traffic.
