Query CrUX from Google Sheets

Hi everyone,

I'm working on an Apps Script project that can retrieve data from the CrUX BigQuery dataset and launch WebPageTest tests in way similar to how WebPageTest-Bulk-Tester does it.

I'm still thinking about which CrUX queries would be the most useful when evaluating the field performance of an origin. I might consider using Connected Sheets and auto-fetch CrUX data on a predefined schedule, but for now I have a single SQL prepared statement that I execute by submitting a custom form in Google Sheets.
