Report LCP, NIP, CLS reports not working for years on desktop

hi there,

I have been experiencing on page speed all looks fine, but it never generates report that can be used by google search console....

why  I can have it for Desctop and tablet too, can you please give me some inputs here what is wrong with this report ? 

CLS Works for Phone device, but not really correct.

Unfortunately it looks like you do not have sufficient traffic from eligible Chrome users to be included in the Chrome User Experience Report.

Not all URLs will be included and our eligibility criteria is listed here: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/crux/methodology#eligibility

I included one image of showing some reports from Google Search Console.

 I hope you guys find time to fix this problem. If you need any help in future development, please let me know.
