Currently the Monthly Chrome User Experience Report contains aggregated value of LCP CLS

Is it possible to filter the data for home page section page and article page.

No, the CrUX monthly dataset is based on the BigQuery dataset which only contains origin-level data.

The CrUX API contains origin and URL-level data but usually only a subset of URLs are shown.

Google Search Console does attempt to group by page types, so that\s probably your best option for seeing this.

Other than that you'll need to use your own RUM solution for detailed breakdowns like this.
