"CC BY" license on CrUX datasets

Hello all,

I searched the group and couldn't find an answer to my question:

Does the CC BY license on CrUX datasets cover data retrieved via the API?

I know this is legal stuff, but I'm not getting cache-control response headers. I would like to cache (store) daily and history CrUX api responses for a commercial app I'm building and I don't want to violate Google's legal terms.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
