CLS scores are completely wrong for cloaking and are a factor affecting Google rankings.

Because cloaking method and phishing are common, especially in finance, adult, gambling, casino sectors, CLS scores are completely inaccurate. Are you planning to provide a solution? Pages that appear to be 1KB to users visiting sites like a real person can actually be 100MB. Most of them using cloaking and google cant see the real content . They just 301 redirect and CLS totally wrong and people cant reach the actual websites.

I can’t talk to the SEO factor but Core Web Vitals in CrUX data is measured in the field from really Chrome users. So they do see what the user sees even if tools like GoogleBot and Lighthouse can’t.

If you can give more details of what exactly you mean I can maybe advise further.
