Notifying per https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/main/docs/enterprise/add_new_policy.md#removing-support-for-a-policy

The EnforceLocalAnchorConstraintsEnabled policy will be removed in M128. See documentation on what this policy was for. It is an escape hatch policy that was always documented as having a limited lifespan.

Thanks for the heads-up, David. The policy will be mentioned in the "removed policies" table of the release notes. No further action is required.
