We're down to double-digit crashes per day on this now. I don't know that there's much more we can do since ActiveDetect64.dll is likely in the process before we have a chance to block it.

Other facts:
~2100 clients are reporting these crashes.
The GPU and watcher processes are the most impacted.
The uptime is 506ms at the 50th percentile, and 86s at the 95th.
Win10 remains the top impacted platform, but there are crashes in lower versions.
64-bit, so it could rise as x64 rolls out to more stable users.
