Hi Team.

I’ve started testing WebMCP beta over the past day, and honestly  it’s kind of mind-blowing.

Instead of just trying basic tool-call demos, I built a small real-time incident command center to see if it can handle an actual product workflow. The results so far are very promising.

I’m sharing my testing repo here in case anyone wants to explore, experiment, or build on top of it.

Great minds think alike. I did the same thing this past weekend and i just tried yours since you had a repo set up so fast.  Thanks for sharing this repo. I've tested the WebMCP beta as well, but I've run into some issues getting it to work effectively.

I have tried the following steps in order:

1.  Performed a hard refresh and re-run when tools showed as activated but gave no response.
2.  Verified that toolautosubmit is present and ensured the extension has proper page access.

Despite these steps, the results remain ineffective. Do you have any other suggestions or troubleshooting steps I should try?

Prompting "The Payments service is showing errors, customers can't complete transactions, this seems like a Sev-1 with high impact. Please triage this and then send an urgent update to internal leadership stating that we are actively investigating a critical issue affecting customer transactions." worked for me.
I can see both "triage_live_incident" and "broadcast_status_update" tools being called in the DevTools console.
Don't forget to set "All levels" to see all logs ;)
