[Help] Can't enable Chrome AI features

Unfortunately, I have been unable to test any of the Chrome Built-in AI Preview features. I have tried everything to enable it, but no matter what I do, I cannot get it to download the model. 

I have gone through all of the instructions, & followed the troubleshooting tips share by Kenji here:

Optimization Guide On Device Model never appears in chrome://components for me.

It appears that I may be failing the available disk space check seen in chrome://histograms/#OptimizationGuide.ModelExecution.OnDeviceModelInstallCriteria.AtRegistration.DiskSpace, but I am unsure how to remedy that, as I have 800 GB available...?

I'm CC'ing the team, as they suggested, & attaching the requested exports to debug this. I'm sharing it to this group for the possibility that another non-googler may be able to assist as well.
