Optimization Guide On Device Model not found on Chrome components

I'm on macOS Seqouia 15.1 using Google Canary. I installed everything as per the early preview google doc including tuning on the flags and installing the Optimization Guide On Device Model as well. Today, everything stopped working and I tried to follow the steps again but my console response was always TypeError Undefined. My mac has 400gb of leftover space as well. I tried troubleshooting as well, nothing seems to work. I tried reinstalling Google Canary and tried it again on Google chrome dev edition as well but no luck.

Hi Allen,

Can you check the output of `await self ai.languageModel.capabilities()` when pasted into the DevTools Console? The Prompt API docs linked from the index (https://docs.google.com/document/d/18otm-D9xhn_XyObbQrc1v7SI-7lBX3ynZkjEpiS1V04/edit?usp=drivesdk) also have some troubleshooting steps that you can try.
