Can we remove parts of our submission after the end of the challenge?

Would it be a problem (or possible) if I later remove/delete the project files used for my participation? As in, after the challenge has officially ended.

I believe my extension idea is great, but I doubt I can code all of it in time. I was thinking of including some public notes with my envisioned features and use cases, but only if these will be accounted for by the judging committee to some extent. If the code and video demo are the only important parts of a submission, then I can simply generalize or not include that many details.

If I had everything ready though, I'd probably publish a post talking about everything in detail.

Much appreciated,
Andrei

Hi anyone in need of a dev who can help with their project ideas implementation?

Hi Martin :)

Are you based in Nairobi? We can work together. Already 80% done, just need the Chrome AI APIs to get working :) , and the final demo video

Hi Mihail-Andrei,

After the challenge and the submission grading period have ended, you can, of course, modify the code. What counts is what you managed to do, not your plans, even if they're great. Else, you could enter the "draw an owl" competition with two circles ;-)

Cheers,

In my case, it really feels like I entered with just two circles.

Just to clarify, looking at the schedule, the judging period is from Nov 3 till Dec 2.

Changes on GitHub shouldn't be an issue, but what if I want to change the readme of my submission?

I imagine the submission on devpost becomes uneditable after a while, fully or in part.

I'd maybe just work in a different branch until the challenge is completely over. But README changes should be fine before.

Cheers,
Tom
