ability to change temperature and topK for open session?

Do I need to create a new session to change these? That seems inefficient when using the same context anyways.

You're right. As you can see in https://webmachinelearning.github.io/prompt-api/#dom-languagemodelcreatecoreoptions-topk, topk is used for create() only.
