Hi Marco,

Welcome to the EPP! I'm not sure what exactly you mean by "I would want to propose this application as part of the Chromium ecosystem", but I guess some people here on the mailing list would be interested in just seeing how you integrate AI into a weather app. One of our team members built a demo that you might be interested in (code).

​My intention is not to sell this technology, but to contribute a potentially disruptive solution to the industry and to have the scientific honor of collaborating on your open-source projects.

I think this is clearly beyond the scope of what we discuss on this mailing list. Your best bet would be to start a new Chromium bug and propose, in great detail, what you have in mind, although, to set expectations, I think this is waaaay more an extension feature (see the New Tab override docs).
