Outdated API usage in web.dev blog post

Hi all,

This blog post, https://web.dev/articles/ai-chatbot-promptapi, uses the outdated Prompt API to create a chatbot.

I can fork the repo, change the codes and upgrade the Angular dependencies.  Will Christian update the blog post content as the next action?
