Transition from v93 to v94

Looking closely at the new dates published on Chromium Dash I see that v94 Beta Promotion is scheduled to occur five days before v93 Stable Promotion.  Wondering if v93 stabilization time will be shortened to ensure Beta coverage of the final build or if the v94+ dates are expected to move out.

While subject to change, at this time we're planning to make some minor adjustments to intermediate milestones so that we can maintain the stable dates for 93 and 94.  Most likely, we'll ship the final 93 beta a couple days early and the first 94 beta a couple days late, and after that we should be able to resume our regularly scheduled programming.  Since planned adjustments at this time are small, we likely won't update Chromium Dash to reflect those changes, but that may also change depending on any feedback we receive.
