Is there a plan to enable the new [clipboardchange](https://developer.chrome.com/blog/clipboardchange#the_clipboardchange_event) event on `navigator.clipboard` in the service worker context? By design it's exposed only in a focused document, but it would make sense for extension service worker with `clipboardRead` permission or a new permission like `clipboardOnChange`.
