Blink infra monthly meeting notes August 2017

Blink Infra Owners is a group of people that work to improve Blink-related infrastructure; some of us work on Blink Infra as our primary project; others work on a particular aspect of Blink Infra part-time.

These notes are mailed monthly to blink-infra, bcc blink-dev and infra-dev.

Flag specific expectation gardening:

Steve started work on flag try jobs:

• Changed run-webkit-tests to read additional flag file

• Support multiple instances of --enable-blink-features

This should be useful for any team that's using flag-specific expectations for major refactoring efforts like root-layer-scrolling, layout-ng, and slimming-paint.

Quick side discussion: Previously there were spaces at the end of PASS lines in testharness baselines (crbug.com/751952). The fix for this might be slightly disruptive in the short term since it will involve rebaselining lots of tests (crrev.com/c/625035, crrev.com/c/639631).
