The Extensions whitelist policy settings and registry key no longer work. I see that it is marked as deprecated but it has not been stated anywhere that I can find that it is disabled. Further, now all mention of administerring extensions requires the use of "Extension Management Settings". However, if that is Not COnfigured then the Blacklist\Whielist should apply. The whitelist does not allow for listed extensions to be installed. Is this a current bug or is it a documented change?

In terms of the "deprecation" -- I believe the policy in question has simply been renamed: ExtensionInstallWhitelist became ExtensionInstallAllowlist but as far as I can tell, both still work.
Can you elaborate on what you mean when you say "No longer work"? What do you see if you visit chrome://policy on a client? What version of Chrome?
