FYI: Planning to change layout tests on Mac-ARM from using Skia-Ganesh to using Skia-Graphite imminently

Hi folks,

As we've been rolling out Skia's new Graphite backend, we decided to bring up layout tests with Graphite on a parallel FYI bot rather than on the default trybots/CI to avoid instability/overhead due to flipping Graphite on and off in fieldtrial_testing_config.json. At this point, Graphite being on in fieldtrial_testing_config.json has stuck. Hence, I am preparing to move the layout tests on Mac-ARM default trybots/CI to use Graphite rather than Ganesh, with the FYI bot being moved to test Ganesh. I plan to land this change either next week on in early January.
