Pixel C scrolling hangs on chrome and opera

Raising this as a blink bug, as it appears to be affecting both opera and chrome, but only on Google pixel c device.

Often when scrolling, the sdntire browser tab hangs. Going to another tab and back again is usually enough to unfreeze it.

Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 6.0.1; Pixel C Build/MXC14G) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.105 Safari/537.36

You can search crbug.com for an existing issue and star it. If you cannot find one, file a new issue using the "New issue" link on the same page.

Please, do not add a "+1" or "Me too" or "Confirmed" (or similar) comment. It just wastes the time of Chrome engineers and sends unnecessary e-mails to all of the people who starred the issue.

You can reply with a link to the found or created issue and might get triaged (and fixed) faster.

If you file a bug at http://crbug.com, that's the tracker shared by Chromium and Blink. I can't find any existing bugs specifically about scrolling on a Pixel C (from the search here).
