Blink HTML Rendering

Hey there! Just found your email in How Blink works document. I'm a python developer and I'm just thinking about developing a Blink based application to render PDF from HTML because I need it on a huge scale and according to search on the internet some people need it as well. So to not waste your time I would like to ask you a couple of quick questions:

Is it real to extract some core logic of HTML rendering from Blink and wrap it into an independent application which will be written to export rendered HTML into image or PDF. And if yes, where can I look at the start point?

Does it make sense to use the entire Blink (w/o extracting logic) to build that renderer application? And again, where should I start?

Most developers use something like Puppeteer to accomplish this: https://developers.google.com/web/tools/puppeteer
