IP Protection feature status

Hello.

IP Protection feature card indicates No active development.

But there are issues underway, some requesting merge into M118 as "part of the implementation of a new feature (IP Protection), is protected by Finch flags, and is active for dogfooding in Canary and Dev "

For the folks following from home, would you kindly update the chromestatus page?

Also thanks for the team's requesting a proper component, https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1480387, and migrating the hotlist to it.

Is the Implementation in the "phase 0," or has it progressed beyond that? Looking forward to a sense for the scope and progress.
