PSA: Approximate/precise choice for geolocation permission prompts on Android

On Chrome on Android, we are rolling out a new geolocation permission prompt that allows users to choose between approximate and precise location when they grant location access to a website: https://blog.google/products-and-platforms/products/chrome/approximate-location-chrome-on-android/
