Summary
Add the full-size-kana value to the text-transform property.
This value transforms small Japanese kana characters to their full-size equivalents. It is typically used for ruby annotation text, where small kana may be rendered at font sizes too small for legibility.

text-transform
Motivation
Japanese script uses both small and full-size variants of kana characters, and this difference carries semantic meaning.
Ruby annotations are typically rendered at tiny font sizes. At these sizes, small kana characters become difficult to distinguish from their full-size equivalents.
The full-size-kana value transforms small kana to their full-size equivalents, improving legibility while preserving the correct characters in the source markup.
Without this property, authors must hardcode the transformed text directly in their HTML. This breaks search functionality (users searching for the correct spelling won't find the content) and degrades accessibility (screen readers will mispronounce the hardcoded text).
