[PSA] "Available" hotlist has not been re-triaged

Summary: CC yourself to https://crbug.com/370546730 and add a comment with your team's componentid if you (and your team) care about re-triaging the Available hotlist.

If you do not care about re-triaging issues from the Available hotlist, you can stop reading now.

During the migration off Sheriffbot, the logic to resurface triaged issues was unintentionally dropped. If your team cared about Monorail's "Hotlist-Recharge-Cold" label in the past, you should add a comment with your team's componentid and CC your team onto https://crbug.com/370546730. We intend to migrate this logic into Blintz and want to know which teams are interested in having their issues re-triaged.
