Motivation

On mobile, many FedCM IdPs are Email Providers with Android native Apps without a corresponding Web App. FedCM currently relies on integrating with Web Apps, so assumes that the user is logged out when a request comes from Relying Parties. In this proposal, we extend FedCM to connect directly to Android native apps, so that it can get accounts from them, rather than their web sites.
