You can stop reading this email if you have never run a debugger for the Blink code.

https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/3210747 renamed debug helper functions not in "blink" namespace so that they follow the current Blink C++ style. e.g. ::showTree() to ::ShowTree()

They were leftovers of the Blink Rename, which renamed symbols in "blink" and "WTF" namespaces.
