Specification

https://drafts.csswg.org/css-text-4/#hanging-punctuation-property

Summary

This property allows some predefined punctuation characters to be placed outside the line box, at the start or at the end of a line of text. The `first` and the `last` values are for the usages in the Latin typography. The `allow-end` is often seen in Japanese novels. The `force-end` will not be included in the initial release as it is less often used and Safari doesn't implement it.
