Added self-nomination path to API owners

"A candidate may also self-nominate via communication to blink-ap...@chromium.org (a mailing list with only the API owners subscribed to it) one or more of the API OWNERS"

I brought this up at the API owners meeting today and no one objected. Any other concerns from those who were not there?

I don't quite understand the sentence? Is the candidate self-nominating? Or are they nominating "one or more of the API OWNERS"? (The latter seems to be the direct object in the sentence.) It seems like a potential grammar/missing words issue.

That was a grammar issue. Fixed:

A candidate may also self-nominate via communication to blink-ap...@chromium.org (a mailing list with only the API owners subscribed to it), or to one or more of the API OWNERS.
