Rate and timeliness of TAG reviews

I was surprised at both how few features have TAG reviews, and how often those reviews are closed months before we ship.

That does sound interesting, though the page won't load for me. Or rather, all the json cells won't load.

I was curious if I could see any patterns or trends that would motivate changes.

I started a more manual exercise at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17ZCW0CK0x8PDY6bpaWa3QKmTV6BqP4GSyAG7E1iQw2k/edit#gid=0 earlier this year, but haven't gotten around to finishing.
