User-facing interface change to existing API surface.

Hello API Owners,

The Chrome Storage team is working on a user-facing interface change to make all of the methods on the SyncAccessHandle synchronous. There is currently a spec issue open pertaining to this change https://github.com/whatwg/fs/issues/7.

Can you please advise if this change warrants a new intent or if we can update the original intent to ship to seek approval for this change? Alternatively can the change be made with a PSA to the API owners?

Apologies for the delay. It seems like this change does indeed warrant a new intent, where we can discuss the potential compatibility and interop implications. It may not require the heavyweight parts of the process (e.g. a new TAG review), but we can discuss that on the intent.
