Question about bfcache

Hello!
Thanks a lot for the implementation of bfcache!

Could you please clarify is the bfcache turned on or turned off by
default in the 89th release of Chrome?

I see appropriate flag in chrome://flags but don't understand what is
the default state (on or off).

If turned on in which version did it happen?

Hi,

BFCache is enabled for Android only in M89, however as with many new features in Chromium, there are experiments going on that result in some users not having it enabled. Even when enabled, whether it is used for a given page is also quite dependent on what features the page uses and some other factors in the navigation,
